Once a month a weekend experience, next class
March 22-23, 2008. Next months workshop is on April 19-20.
This weekend will be an intensive concentration in the basic techniques used to make a leaded stained glass window.
Day one will consist of a basic introduction to stained glass design where students will be guided through designing their first window for fabrication. Day two the students will be shown techniques of cutting lead, and begin glazing (leading up) their windows. Then soldering will be taught, and each student will finish up their windows by soldering their own panels. Finally the windows will be puttied, cleaned and ready to hang at home!
Cost for each weekend workshop is $275
